We're acknowledged by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) as a standard setter for first aid at work, and we're proud to hold the following standards which demonstrate our commitment to delivering quality first aid and health and safety training.
ISO 9001:2015 Standard
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. It has over 19,500 standards to help people choose products and services which are safe, reliable and of good quality.
ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard for the service industry, and is only held by organisations who can show that their services consistently meet customers' needs.
Red Cross Training is ISO 9001: 2015 certified for the design and provision of first aid courses, and we are regularly audited to ensure that our training and customer service meets high standards in:
- product, process and service quality
- customer satisfaction.
The Red Cross has also attained ISO 14001 : 2015 certification in environmental management systems.
