Positive wellbeing in the workplace means everyone feels able to cope well with the situations presented to them every day, and when an emotionally challenging situation arises, they feel supported by their managers and teams to adapt to the stressful or difficult new situation.
Positive wellbeing in the workplace fosters a culture of resilience, open conversation and empathy to best support individuals and teams to be able to cope and adapt to challenging situations.
The Wellbeing Support at Work course is a core module which is included as the first in each of our Mental Health at Work courses.
