Our training team
Meet some of our expert members of our training team, what motivates them and how they go above and beyond to deliver the highest quality learning experience.
Overview of our national training team
Pearson’s accredited learning centre
To develop the highest quality learning experience, all of our trainers are fully qualified and externally accredited.
Award in Education and Training
This helps our trainers gain insight and knowledge so that they deliver courses that are inclusive and supportive.

How our trainers go above and beyond
We make our training courses as inclusive and accessible as we can. During our training course introductions our trainers will ask if the learners have any health conditions or other concerns. As part of the course assessment, the trainers are required to see everyone doing the required physical activities as part of the assessment, but adjustments can usually be made on our courses.

Building confidence and skills
Our trainers are committed to creating an interactive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Our goal is to ensure every learner leaves with a sense of achievement, confidence and skills - whether as a First Aider or a Fire Marshal - along with a recognised certificate to support their learning.
What our learners think
Why we enjoy our role
Why we are so happy at work
We know that people use the first aid skills that they have learned from the stories they tell us.
Helping people learn
No day is the same
It is very, very varied and very fun. One of the most rewarding things is helping people learn and develop skills to take home and into the wider community.
Structured training programme
The training programme is very structured and very enjoyable and you get to go out and meet lots of new people.
