Alice worked as a first aid trainer for more than ten years before transitioning into product management and joining the senior leadership team at Red Cross Training. Now, she oversees first aid and health and safety content, ensuring effective training delivery. She also supports the marketing team in creating articles, visual assets and videos that align with Health and Safety Executive first aid guidelines.

Louise joined the British Red Cross training team in 2010. After 4 years, she moved into the sales team where, as Field Sales Manager, she gained extensive insight into workplace customer training needs. Having always been passionate about mental health, she now uses her training experience and customer relationship management skills to lead our Mental Health at Work training.

Working closely with the British Red Cross psychosocial team, training team and marketing team, Louise helps to create evidence-based, relevant and effective training for the workplace.
