Mental health at work courses

Mental health training empowers individuals with the knowledge and skills to nurture their wellbeing, enhance resilience, manage stress and cultivate healthier relationships, leading to a happier team.

Companies routinely consider first aid to protect the physical wellbeing of their staff, but mental health is rarely given the same thought. Offering this type of training reduces burnout, boosts productivity, and improves overall health.

Red Cross Training provides various courses in the UK through virtual, face-to-face and online learning, to address individual employee needs and empower managers in prioritising mental health.

Our short Wellbeing support at work course is the introduction to our learning. This course is the foundation of all other courses and can be completed on its own or with additional modules to build and develop further skills.
