Free online Wellbeing Support at Work course with any Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work Requalification or First Aid at Work course booked on the Red Cross Training website at full list price before 30 April 2024 and attended by 31 May 2024.
Terms and conditions:
- All customers who purchase either a full list price Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work Requalification or First Aid at Work course will be offered a Wellbeing Support at Work online course worth £40, free of charge.
- Each learner booked on to an eligible course will qualify for one free Wellbeing Support at Work online course. per learner booked.
To qualify for this promotion, the course selected must meet the following criteria:
Bookings to be made online at https://www.redcrossfirstaidtraining.co.uk.
Bookings to be made between 1 February and 30 April 2024.
Learner must then attend a full list price Emergency First aid at Work, First Aid at Work Requalification or First Aid at Work course running before 31 May 2024.
Recipients taking up the offer of the free Wellbeing Support at Work online course will have until 30 June 2024 to complete their free online course. After this date the free course will be withdrawn.
Exclusions:
- The offer does not apply to group or in-company bookings.
- Existing bookings made before 1 February 2024 cannot be transferred to take advantage of this offer.
- If the course booked is cancelled by the customer, the free online Wellbeing Support at Work course will be withdrawn.
Claiming your free online course:
- After booking one of the eligible courses an email will be sent approximately 14 workings days later to the person making the booking with a self-enrolment code for the Wellbeing Support at Work course which can then be accessed from our online learning platform.
- Customers are responsible for allocating the code to access the free online Wellbeing Support at Work course within their organisation and will have until 30 June 2024 to complete their free online course. After this date the free course will be withdrawn.
- British Red Cross reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotional offer at any time and to take appropriate action, including the withdrawal of the offer if it deems this action as necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
Frequently asked questions
When will I receive the code to book my free online course?
If you meet the requirements outlined in the above terms and conditions, you will receive an email approximately 14 workings days after booking with a code and link to access the online course after booking either an Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work Requalification or First Aid at Work course. This will be sent directly to the email address provided at the time of booking.
What if I cannot book online to receive my free online course?
If you are experiencing difficulties booking your course online via the Red Cross Training website, then please contact our call centre at RCTsales@redcross.org.uk or call 0344 871 8000.
How long do I have to complete the free online course?
Bookings must be made between 1 February and 30 April 2024 and the learner must attend a full list price Emergency First aid at Work, First Aid at Work Requalification or First Aid at Work course running before 31 May 2024. The free online Wellbeing Support at Work course will no longer be available to access after 30 June 2024.
Can I attend a classroom course instead of an online course?
The promotion does not offer a classroom-based alternative. The online Wellbeing Support at Work course can be accessed and completed at a time that is convenient for you and your business up to 30 June 2024.
Will I receive a certificate for my free online course?
Learners will receive an electronic certificate upon completion of the Wellbeing Support at Work online course.
