From Exeter or Cornwall (A38), take the Crown Hill slip road to roundabout. Follow the directions for Tavistock. The slip road takes you to the Tavistock dual carriageway; keep in the left hand lane. Go through the traffic lights and then take the slip road signposted to Meavy Way. This brings you to a dual carriage way, turn left and look for the British Red Cross on the right hand side. Move into the central reservation and the entrance is next to the fire station.
