From Colchester or Maldon, head to the Army and Navy roundabout on the old A12 now called A138 South bound. Take the third exit and continue to the Miami Hotel roundabout.  Take the third exit and turn left at the lights; Upper Chase is just past the bus stop on left hand side.

From Brentwood or Ongar, take the A1414 until the roundabout with the White Horse Public House on left hand side.  Take the exit onto London Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit. Continue through the first set of lights. At the next set of lights turn right into Writtle Road continue over the roundabout. Continue over the Railway Bridge opposite the Public House. Turn left just before the bus stop into Upper Chase.

From Braintree or Stanstead, take the third exit at the roundabout at the end of Regiment Way. Follow signs to Harlow and the cemetery. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Writtle Road.
