British Red Cross will join Prima Baby on the main stage of the Baby Show, ExCel on 24th to 26th February 2012 to demonstrate basic baby and toddler first aid skills.

Valuable skills
On courses you’ll learn everything you need to know to deal with an emergency – including what to do if your child is choking, unconscious (breathing and not breathing), drowning, how to deal with bleeding, burns and scalds, sprains and strains. You will also be taught how to recognise the symptoms of meningitis and how to handle head injuries, severe allergic reaction and swallowing of harmful substances. The course lasts five hours.
