Based on your communication opt-in requests that we receive, we will also use your details to further our communication and business aims with you, including course information and promotions.

We will not share your information with other likeminded organisations for the purpose of marketing unless you have previously indicated that you are happy for us to do so.

Whilst BRCS makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. Therefore, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the website.

By providing us with your personal data, including 'sensitive' personal data such as on your health, you consent to the collection and use of any information you provide in accordance with the above purposes and this privacy statement. Red Cross Training reserves the right to vary any event registration fees and the prices of any goods or services listed without notice. All event registrations and orders for goods and services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to accept any registration and to refuse to supply and goods or services to any individual.
