Remote and lone workers
Employers are responsible for meeting the first aid needs of all their employees who work remotely or alone. Employers' assessment of first aid needs should determine whether:
- those who are continuously remote should carry a personal first aid box
- special arrangements need to be made for those who work remotely
- to provide means of summoning help, such as a mobile phone
