Suitable for people 18 years and over, this course is designed for members of the general public who wish to learn first aid skills for adults. This course is not appropriate for anyone requiring first aid training at work.

- Burns
Stage Two
- Heart attack
- Stroke
- Sprains, strains and broken bones
- Head Injuries
- Diabetic emergency
- Hypothermia.
Qualification
This course is fully certified. We recommend you refresh your skills after 12 months.
Pre-requisites
Our first aid for adult course is designed to teach members of the general public wanting to learn first aid. Delegates must be physically able to carry out the procedures detailed in the course outline. The course covers adult information.
This is a 5 hour course split over two consecutive days (2.5 hours per evening). We also offer a one day first aid for adult course.
Notes
There are no creche facilities; therefore we cannot accommodate children. This course is not appropriate for anyone requiring first aid training for the workplace.
