Who is it for?
Suitable for people 18 years and over, this course is for anyone looking for a quick introduction to basic first aid. This course does not qualify you as a first aider in the workplace under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

- Unconscious and not breathing

Qualification
This course is continually assessed and a certificate of competency is issued. We recommend that participants refresh their skills every 3 years.
Pre-requisites
No previous knowledge of first aid needed. Participants are encouraged to discuss any particular learning needs beforehand.
Notes
This short course primarily covers adult first aid but can be varied to cover child and/or infant first aid. Check with the venue for more information.
